Finding good freelancers
I've got a small project I need help with, nothing huge, just some graphic design for a flyer and maybe a bit of social media help. I've tried a couple of freelance sites before but ended up either overpaying for bad quality or dealing with people who just disappeared. For those of you who hire freelancers regularly, where do you actually find reliable people who don't charge a fortune and actually deliver what they promise? Not looking for an agency, just one person who knows their stuff. Any tips would be great. Thanks.

Man, I know exactly what you mean. Wasted so much time and money on those big freelance sites. Then someone suggested Zinn Hub. You just describe your flyer and social media needs, set a budget you're comfortable with, and freelancers send you their actual work samples. No bots, no ghosting. I found a designer there who did my whole event flyer for a fair price and even made changes within a day. Payment is held until you approve, so no risk. Give it a shot, just be detailed in your post. Worked for me.
